When we get to the the older ages of middle school and high school, we again one of my top priorities are going to tell students they do not have to go to a four year college to be a success. They can if they want, every student should be prepared if that is what they choose and decide.
But there are many avenues to success and they don’t not all lead to a four year degree in North Carolina. Community Colleges, Military, Skills Training in high school. When we can really motivate students we will reach those students who might be having that extra need for an additional boost to make it to get that high school diploma.
Because you connect to them that pathway of the work you are doing in high school really is going to put you on a path to success.
